DELIVERY

  • We currently DO NOT ship out of Singapore, this is something we're working on as we grow and we hope that we can introduce this in the near future.
  • BABY BEANNIE PRODUCTS: Orders will be shipped within the next 3 working days upon payment confirmation.
  • YAMATOYA PRODUCTS: Once payment has been confirmed, our team will get in touch to make arrangements to assign a delivery date within the next 5 working days.

 

EXCHANGES / RETURNS

Items are strictly non-refundable.

Exchanges are valid for all products except sale and discounted items. Merchandise must be returned to the head office within 10 days of delivery, in brand new condition (unused, unaltered and in original packaging).Do note that natural wood products have wood grain patterns that may cause uneven distribution of shades and may form lighter or darker spots which are out of our control. Therefore exchanges of these nature will not be accepted. 

 

WARRANTY CLAIMS

Please email hello@molco.com.sg with your order number and a photo of the defect*. Postage will be reimbursed for all items deemed defective. All items mailed back must be unused, unaltered and in its original packaging. 

All Yamatoya furniture products (accessories not included) come with a one year warranty that covers product defects such as cracks and broken parts. Email us with your order number and a photo of the defect - we'll make arrangements for an exchange. If we're unable to provide a replacement piece, store credit or a refund will be issued. 

* Minor discolouration for products are not considered a defect. Depending on humidity / weather, changes in colour are natural due to the organic nature of the products. No chemicals are used to preserve the colour of our products. We do however strive to ensure that screen colours are true to life, as much as possible
* Do take note that should you purchase a Natural coloured, Wood dyed highchair. There are irregularities in the natural colour and grain of the wood. Thus we are unable to do an exchange/refund/warranty under those circumstances.
* Paint chipping / scratches due to mishandling is not considered a defect. Scratches and chipping in paint are considered wear and tear - please take careful care in handling the product. Please read instruction manual carefully regarding the handling of the product. 

 

PRODUCT CARE

BABYBEANNIE PRODUCTS: 

How can I wash the Baby Beannie Bean Husk Pillow? 

  1. Take off the pillow case and throw it in the wash
  2. Sun the bean husks for about 1 hour / Pop it in the oven for about a minute on medium heat (Yes, you can use a microwave, put it in for 15-20 seconds on low heat - though feedback has been that it smells much nicer toasted. Your call!)
  3. Put the pillow case back on and you're good to go

    How can I wash the fibre pillows / bolsters: 

    Option 1: 

    1. Take off the cases and throw in the wash
    2. Sun the inserts to dry all moisture
    3. Put the cases back on and you're good to go

      Option 2:

      1. Take off the cases and throw it in the wash
      2. Hose down the fibre products / throw it in the wash
      3. Hang dry / use dryer on medium heat (Ensure that pillow/bolster is 100% dry before use, moisture is easily collected in the fibre and can result in mould growth)
      4. Put the cases back on and you're good to go

       

      YAMATOYA PRODUCTS:

      To clean off any stains, use a damp cloth with some soap and wipe the surface down. Wet wipes work perfectly too. DO NOT use any strong solvents like varnish to remove stains as this will strip the protective lacquer on the furniture. 

      For stubborn stains, try the following hacks: 

      1. Soak the cloth in a lemon juice and baking soda mixture, wipe the stain down
      2. Rub a little toothpaste over the stain and wipe the stain down
      3. For colour pencil / crayon stains, use an eraser and rub out stains
      Paint chipping / scratches:  Normal wear and tear occurs over time due to active use, if you're concerned with paint chipping - stick with the Natural coloured products. Please do not use a third party paint to touch up the furniture, they are not safety approved and we will not be held responsible for any liability.  Also - the colours won't match and with natural oxidisation it's even harder to get the same pantone (We've tried over 30 variations, trust us.)
